茶,源自中國,盛行世界。Tea, originating from China, has become popular worldwide.

四川蒙頂山又稱蒙山,是世界茶文化的發(fā)源地,也是歷史上有文字記載人工種植茶葉最早的地方。作為青藏高原到川西平原的過渡地帶,這里的海拔、土壤、氣候等非常適合茶葉的生長。蒙山茶是古代達官貴人,甚至是皇室“親選”的茶葉!

Mengding Mountain, also known as Meng Mountain, located in Sichuan, is the birthplace of tea culture and historically the earliest documented place for cultivating tea artificially. As a transitional zone from plateau to basin, it has perfect natural conditions for the growth of tea, making Meng Mountain Tea the favored choice of ancient nobles and even chosen by the imperial family!

早在兩千多年前的西漢時期,蒙頂山“茶祖”吳理真開始在蒙頂山馴化栽種野生茶樹,開始了人工種茶的歷史。此后,一代又一代茶農(nóng)在此耕作培育,讓蒙山茶自唐朝開始就成為貢茶,一時成為茶中之王。到了明代,蒙山茶從茶餅漸漸改為散茶進貢,蒙山“甘露”正式誕生,進一步豐富了蒙山茶傳統(tǒng)制作技藝。2022年底,“中國傳統(tǒng)制茶技藝及其相關習俗”被聯(lián)合國教科文組織列入人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄,蒙山茶傳統(tǒng)制作技藝是該項目重要組成部分。

In the Western Han Dynasty over two thousand years ago, the "Tea Ancestor" Wu Lizhen started to domesticate and plant wild tea trees on Mengding Mountain, marking the beginning of tea cultivation. Since then, tea farmers have worked here, making Meng Mountain tea a tribute tea from the Tang Dynasty onwards, once becoming the king of tea. By the Ming Dynasty, Meng Mountain tea gradually transitioned from tea cakes to loose tea for tribute, leading to the birth of "Mengding Ganlu," further enriching the traditional tea-making techniques of Meng Mountain. At the end of 2022, "Chinese traditional tea-making techniques and related customs" were included in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, with the traditional tea-making techniques of Meng Mountain being an integral part of this project.

蒙頂甘露傳統(tǒng)制作技藝包括“紅鍋殺青、先高后低、三炒三揉”等,茶葉歷經(jīng)十余道工序,完成火與葉的交融蛻變,茶客方能品味到一杯味甘而清、色黃而碧的正宗蒙頂甘露。

The traditional production techniques of Mengding Ganlu include more than ten processes. Unique techniques include drying leaves in a hot wok; with high temperature followed by low; kneading the tea leaves concurrently while frying them, etc. The process enables the tea to undergo a magic transformation as a result of the influence of heat and fire. Only then can one savor the authentic Mengding Ganlu tea, which is sweet and clear in taste, with a yellowish-green color.
